Tadd Miller is the founder and CEO of Indianapolis-based Milhaus Development, LLC. After creating a business plan in college in 1997 to pursue mixed use developments, Tadd co-founded City Centre Associates. The company led the renaissance of downtown living in Indianapolis and brought new life to older industrial blocks by building elegant condominium buildings, including the Maxwell, the Hudson, the Packard and the DeSoto.  Throughout the early-mid 2000’s, the company’s projects started to incorporate retail and office uses and he began partnering with various retail developers in the country to deliver multi-family residences as part of urban mixed use projects and surburban lifestyle retail centers. He has led the development of more than 1,000 residential units valued in excess of $300 million.

David Leazenby is a Principal and Vice President of Predevelopment of Milhaus Development, LLC. He has more than a decade of experience in mixed use and multi-family development while executing roles as lead developer, owner and consultant. Always an advocate for smarter development and sustainability, David has played an integral role in some of the Midwest’s most intriguing mixed use and multi-family environments, including Carmel Lofts on Main Street in Carmel, Indiana and Eddy Street Commons at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. He has led the design and entitlements for 4,000 multi-family units and over 390,000 square feet of commercial space.

Greg Martin is a Principal and Vice President of Development for Milhaus Development, LLC.  Greg led City Centre Associates’ involvement in vertical mixed use projects with retail developers including The Residences at Coconut Point in Estero, Florida with Simon Property Group and High Street in Houston, Texas with Trademark Property Company. His professional work encompasses development, brokerage, real estate appraisal and market analysis of investment grade mixed-use and multi-family properties.

Andy Lahr is a Principal and Vice President of Finance for Milhaus Development, LLC. and is a principal of the company. For nearly ten years Andy has worked with the banking and finance industries to facilitate the development of mixed use and multi-family projects.  He has negotiated terms and agreements with lenders and investors obtaining the financing of over $150 million for projects across the country. In addition to his real estate experience, Andy has served as a financial consultant for several venture and start-up companies.

Kyle Van Klompenburg is a Planner with Milhaus Development, LLC working on site analysis, market research and land planning.  He is a student at Ball State University’s College of Architecture and Planning.  He will graduate in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning and Development.

Greg McHenry is a Development Assistant with Milhaus Development, LLC working on predevelopment and corporate strategy.  He graduated from the IU Kelley School of Business with degrees in Finance and Business Economics in 2009 and will attend the IU Maurer School of Law in Bloomington beginning Fall of 2010.

Kyle Van Klompenburg is a Planner with Milhaus Development, LLC working on site analysis, market research and land planning.  He is a student at Ball State University’s College of Architecture and Planning.  He will graduate in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning and Development.
